The latest is a new type of fuel vapor, which injects a liquid of a particular type into a gasoline tank.
But the pump can’t keep up with demand, and the liquid can leach carbon monoxide and other pollutants into the air, potentially damaging the environment.
So how much can you save on gas by replacing a pump?
